What “verified” actually means here
Most platforms let anyone post. Before a broker can list a single property on lumingon, three things have to line up.
A real credential
They submit a PRC Real Estate Broker licence or DHSUD ID, and we check the name against the officially published records.
A real person
A liveness check confirms the person holding the credential is live and present — not a photo, a screenshot or a stolen ID.
A name they can't change
Once verified, the displayed name is locked to the ID. What you see on a listing is who passed the check.
And what it doesn't mean. A badge is a point-in-time signal, not an ongoing guarantee, and a registry entry is not proof of current licence standing. Always confirm with the PRC or DHSUD before you transact — and never send money to someone you haven't met.
